How much does it cost?
A detailed price list is available at link. In general the user can buy general credits that can be spent to carry out the cloud analyses and calculations.
What areas are covered?
The hindcast products have a worlwide coverage. Some areas also benefit of local high resolution grids. The user can zoom in the areas of interest to have a free view of the points at which the data are available.
What data are available?
The basic hindcast databases used by SEEWAWE contain wind, wave and sea level data. However at the user’s need dedicated studies can be carried out, producing, for example, time series of coastal parameters such as coastline evolution, solid transport, etc.
What is the source of the data used by SEEWAVE?
SEEWAVE is based on freely available products, such as hindcast database (Copernicus ERA5, NOAA) and satellite measurements. For some geographical coastal areas SEEWAVE has developed proprietary dedicated downscaling modelling.
